Ever wonder how to realistically paint the vibrant colors of our New England autumn leaves? In this botanical art workshop we’ll capture these transparent colors using a variety of watercolor techniques. Step-by-step demonstrations and plenty of individual guidance will include layering color with wet washes, dry brush technique and glazing. Autumn leaves are a very forgiving subject and a perfect introduction into botanical art for beginners and a nice refresher for folks with more experience.
