Putting Art in the Learning Process with Edward DeVoe March 25 & 26, 2023

Description

Becoming an artist starts with the hopeful thought that within you is an artist waiting to come out. Then you discover the complexity of the process. This workshop introduces you to your Art which resides within. Painting can be complicated but you’ll learn techniques through demonstrations that simplify the art-making process.

You’ll work on subjects as a class but also be taught individually. By mixing and applying color to your drawn compositions, you’ll learn at each stage what helps them become Art. Bring several canvases and either acrylic or oil paints. In 2 days this process will improve your individual practice and your work in other classes.
