Cloudbreak Sculpture Park Visit – Tuesday, June 2 | 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM)

$10.00

Tuesday, June 2 | 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Price: $10 per person

WAA is excited to announce the upcoming field trip on June 2 to Cloudbreak, the private sculpture park and nature preserve in Washington. Joining us will be members of the New England Sculpture Association. This trip will be an enriching experience in landscape architecture, art and nature.

Out of respect for privacy of the sculpture park, the park address will be emailed to those registered the week prior to the field trip. Attendees will meet at the Cloudbreak parking lot, which is at the end of the long driveway and next to the art barn. Please plan to arrive at 10:00 AM for a brief introduction to the sculptures and artists represented throughout the park and guided tour of the art barn. Please plan to travel independently to and from the park. Carpooling is encouraged though not a requirement.

Expected Duration: The average visit of the park is 2 hours, though you may depart earlier or later than 12:00 PM as you wish.

What to Bring:
    • Lunch/Snacks: If desired, of course!
    • Water Bottle: Reusable is recommended as there are not many trash receptacles on-site.
    • Appropriate Clothing: Comfortable walking shoes, layers for breezy weather, sun protection, etc.

Please note:

  • Attendees are not permitted to take photos on the grounds.
  • The group will have access to a cart to drive around and/or be driven by Jared Stein, who is the primary groundskeeper, tour guide and facilitator of our visit.
